Blessed Sebastian Aparicio, religious (†1600). Born in Spain, he emigrated to Mexico, where he amassed a great fortune through his considerable entrepreneurial ability.  He abandoned everything to enter the Order of Friars Minor, in which he died nearly a centenarian.
