Blessed Ingrid of Sweden (†1282). From a noble Swedish family. Upon becoming a widow, she gave all her possessions for God's service. After a journey to the Holy Land, she took the habit of the Order of Preachers. She founded the first convent of Dominican nuns in Sweden.
