Summary of the Module

Perfectly intelligent, incapable of suffering, immortal, able to act without effort, to know without studying, and to communicate by telepathy… These are the dreams of all humans of all ages. In our own days, the crazy quest of technology seeks to realize these impossible fantasies. But, such beings really do exist! And we have a lot to learn from them and a lot to gain from this knowledge! These are the Holy Angels.

In this first module of the three-part-course on the Holy Angels, we will enter into the fascinating and thrilling world of the Holy Angels. Do angels exist? Can we know that for sure? When did they come into being? Do they have bodies of some kind? Do they nourish themselves? How do they multiply? Can they know God, know each other, know us? Are they capable of love?

Synthesizing revealed doctrine from Scripture, tradition and magisterial teachings with theological and philosophical speculation, in this course, we’ll try to answer all these questions about these members of our universe, who will share heaven with us for all eternity, if we make it there. And they’re here to help us do just that.
