A celebration of faith and devotion to Our Lady brought together about 500 people at La Salle School in Guayaquil, Ecuador, on September 4.

The Marian Serenade brought the educational community together around the image of the Blessed Virgin for a day marked by singing, prayer, and homage to the Mother of God.

The activities took place on the school grounds and drew a large crowd, who followed the various moments of the celebration.

Our Lady Among the Faithful

One of the highlights of the day was the procession with the image of Our Lady.

Led solemnly by the participants, the image made its way through the school’s outdoor areas while being accompanied by the faithful. The photographs also capture the public’s participation in the stands, forming a large gathering assembled for the Marian tribute.

The Serenade thus transformed the school environment into a space for prayer and fellowship, uniting different members of the community in a shared expression of love for the Blessed Virgin.

More than just a tribute, gatherings like this help keep Marian devotion alive and pass on the faith to new generations, making the school a place where religious experiences can be shared as a community.
