Mexico – The Marian missions carried out in the cities of Tuxpan, Ojo Caliente and Calvillo, gathered the coordinators of the Mary, Queen of Hearts Shrine Apostolate together at Our Lady’s feet. The visit of the statue was also the occasion for the formation of new groups to receive the shrine.

Italy – The city of Gambarare, in the metropolitan region of Venice, received a visit from the Pilgrim Statue of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, who was crowned in the cathedral. The statue also travelled through Cianciana and the towns of Scaletta Marina and Scaletta Superiore, in Sicily, where the sick were also visited.

Spain – From June 15 to 18, cooperators and friends of the Heralds of the Gospel in Madrid, Valencia and Asturias made a pilgrimage to the Shrine of Our Lady of Fatima, in Portugal. In addition to taking part in various events at the shrine, the pilgrims prayed the Way of the Cross in Valinhos.

Mozambique – The faithful of the St. Isidore Community, in Matola, were enrolled in the scapular of Our Lady of Carmel by Fr. Santiago Canals, EP. During the same period of time, children from several different catechetical groups visited the Heralds’ house in that city, where they participated in a Holy Mass.

 

Close to the Patroness and Queen of Brazil

On August 12 and 13, faithful from all across Brazil gathered at the National Shrine of Our Lady of Aparecida to participate in the 12th Pilgrimage of the Mary, Queen of Hearts Shrine Apostolate, of the Heralds of the Gospel. [gallery td_gallery_title_input="Brazil" link="file" td_select_gallery_slide="slide" ids="17889,17890,17891,17892,17893,17894"] Especially blessed moments include the candlelight procession, the praying of the Rosary in the Old Basilica and the processional Rosary along the Walkway of Faith. The closing Mass in the New Basilica was presided over by Bishop Benedito Beni dos Santos, Emeritus of Lorena, and concelebrated by several priests, including Fr. Ricardo Basso, EP, and Fr. Antônio Guerra, EP. The choir of the Major Seminary of the Heralds provided the music for the celebration.
